Welcome to the Final day! πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ By now you have zoned in on the area where you may need a bit of work!

Today is all about getting you into Crow and allowing you to play with some assistance. Everyone should be able to hit at least a little semi balance today in crow pose! I can’t wait to see how you do!

πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ Don’t forget that the play is the best part- once you become an expert you get bored- so enjoy your time here as you learn and get in tune!
