I have been teaching yoga for over a decade but was drawn to Prenatal yoga when I got pregnant and realized there were ZERO classes that didn't talk about labor.
If you're like me and labor gives you the scaries you ain't got no time for someone stressing you out during your one time of the day you're supposed to be relaxing.
SO I decided to take my restorative yoga classes (that were always a hit with stressed out moms anyway) and modify them to be suitable as Prenatal yoga classes during which we will do the poses that prep for labor but we won't be talking about it (cause I'm sneaky like that) while we get into that rest and digest so we can actually have a great pregnancy.
