Ever had an AH-AH moment about connection? Well buckle your seats for another! ?

In this flow we play around with some of the Fascial Lines described in Monday’s talk  ??‍♀️help create some of those Ah-Ah moments. Some Spinal Line work to help you picture some of the connections within our bodies. Like HELLO- opposite shoulder to opposite hip! With how intertwined we are it kinda becomes a which came first the chicken or the egg scenario {the shoulder or the hip?} What do you think?

P.S. As you listen to my horse breathing in some of the shoulder moves as we link movement to breath – think about how the diaphragm is entangled with the shoulders and how they can affect each other via those spinal lines!
