No matter how may people you ask- the chance of fear being the same thing to 2 different people is slim to none. That’s because it’s something that really hits us on a different level- in the core- our deep tissues {literal or spiritual } feel compromised.

To me it really is about connecting to the core on every level – body, mind, spirit! {so fluffy but so true ?}

A few tweaks in how we approach our situations and we have a bit more stability through the core and as a result in our way of confronting fears!

    1. Yes Renee! I am so happy you agree! So much of our world is fearful nowadays and if we don’t confront it we don’t end up living to our fullest potential {I think personally}

  1. I personally can say when I am not completely centered everything around me comes off balance. I think we all have those days. We just need to refocus and move on.

    1. Completely agreed!!! We ALL have those days! And knowing our centre and our core helps us to do the refocusing and moving on 🙂

  3. I love your ideas on control, and bringing yourself back using your core and proper strength. I too at times find myself enabling my imbalances and not properly utilizing my core (physical and spiritual) to support me into tough moves and/or situations. Thank you for sharing!!

    1. Girl! We all do it! It’s crazy how often I have to redirect my movement after years of practicing! But that’s what we’re here for right? To play and discover and thats just part of it!
