We’re finally back with another Flow Friday!

Today we are directing the different types of fear…

Sometimes fear is good – it warns us of the dangers but sometimes we end up heading the tiny dangers too much and we end up with “bad” fear. The bad fear leads us to avoid doing things that are sometimes good for us and just push us out of our comfort zone.

Don’t just face your fears- take time to dissect them instead. Ask the why, when & how?

Take a moment in this practice to think about a time when fear helped you know what’s right- & when has it hindered you? Stopped you from doing something you should do.
