Let’s spend some time talking about it and bringing awareness to parts of our posture we may have not realized are actually something we can adjust….

There are little things we can pay attention to that make a big difference- always cock your hip one way when you stand in line at the grocery store? Switch it up girlfriend! No one needs a weak side!
