Hey Sweaty Friend

However you got here girl! Welcome/ Welcome back!

So often awareness comes from the external world – can we take some time today to make it a bit more of an internal practice – ya know – really #connectgirl

I want you to think through the beginning of the practice – even keep your eyes closed –
think about each movement and word I am saying rather than just watching and following on the screen – be keenly aware of every movement – all of your muscles and that are engaging or stretching πŸ’ͺ

It takes more work to work the little muscles than we think don’t ya know eh? #socanadianeh

Before you jump into this class I would like for you to carve out a bit of time to #bodyconnect and answer these questions in your designated journal and then don’t forget to re-answer them once you have gone through the flow!

✨What’s going well for me right now?
✨How is my body awareness & my breath?
