I want to shout this from the rooftops! – MORE SQUATS PLEASE

There is a ton of different variations and a ton of reasons to do squats but overall life health is def top of my list. Often times seniors get admitted into retirement homes and assisted living just because they cannot get off of the toilet!

That’s cray girl!

That’s like a half squat.

Do more of them so you feel better as you grow older ✌️
