Oh so often we need a quick fix. It’s the crazy- ness of our world that sometimes requires a quick turn around. We need to go from 100 to 0 -REAL QUICK.

This is the trick I use every night so that I don’t have to worry about falling asleep- it just happens – boom cause I am so down regulated. Makes entering into the rest and digest mode super easy.
