Today we tackle our last Fear based flow- so what better way to finish off the month than to jump into something scary!

If you watched the other day – I have a 40 day plan for July plus to try and dig deep and find the fear. When is the last time you listened to that itch to go do something!

Don’t worry girl – I got you.

Throughout the flow we will incorporate the Abhaya Mudra – it’s the fearlessness mudras. Much like the Mudra courage and fearlessness takes many forms.

What is cripplingly scary to one person is breakfast to another- find something scary to play around with today! 💪
