Hey Sweaty Friend! Another Flow Friday and today we are gonna take care of some heavy feelin weary soul

Okay girlfriend

We had a super fun month getting our habit on but I am oh so ready to get back to our regularly scheduled programming aren’t you? A weary soul yoga flow it is then eh?

This week’s flow friday is all about regeneration through grounding. It’s a beginner flow but as ussssseeee if you take the time and pay attention and still the mind it can actually be uber difficult – esp for us Type A’s {amirit sista?}

We work from the feet the whole class – quit paying attention to the rest of the body and just focus on our feet ! They do so much for us and we tend to just stick them in shoes and forget about em

So let’s take some time to focus on them and love on them hard today!

So go on- pull up a mat and start movin & I’ll catch ya next time so we can connect body mind & soul cause #trendy!
