Day 1- 5 Days to Fly πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ: Working the Wrists and Shoulders for Crow

Hey Sweaty Friends πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ

I can’t wait to help you bring out more Crow in your practice!

Today we are workin’ on getting those wrists ready to bare the load of our bodies in this balancing posture. We are also working on the shoulders and the placement they need to be in when we crow so that we can stay safe.

There was some thunder there helping us connect to the breath but unfortunately you can’t hear the ambiance it was setting. Our breath is so powerfully connected to our shoulders.

So go on pull up a mat and let’s flow!

Throughout this series we will be trying crow all 5 days to watch how it develops. How each different area that is crucial for Crow helps or hinders your Crowing.

Celebrate growth- if you know crow pose & hit it today- take the time to develop it- and if you don’t – how lucky are you that you have places to grow!
