Let’s grill some chicken wing shall we? { get it? winged scapula = chicken wing? ? * insert me rolling on the floor laughing at my own joke * }

Today’s class is all about getting the Serratus Anterior {aka Superhero muscle ? } to fire!

Why is it called the Superhero muscle? {truth be told I may be the only one that calls it that *guilty* ?} What’s a winged Scapula? What does it feel like? Find out all that in Monday’s video  It explains those Q’s- P.S. You’re gonna wanna watch thet vid first to be in the know. ?
