✨ Easy Way to ✨ Protect Your Shoulders in Backbends

Wild thing/ Wheel — flip over to Wild Thing are fancy & fun looking poses but how can we stay safe while playing around?

I get this question a lot & I thought I’d address some of the ways that I suggest my students stay safe in class ??‍♀️

☝️The key is always listening to your body & knowing what areas should be firing.

As a new yoga student these were my favourite poses yet I was actually hurting myself not helping myself. Find out what I suggest to my students now & then check back in for a flow into Wild Thing on Friday! ??‍♀️
