Welcome to day 2 of the #5daystofly series!
Today we are workin’ on the hips- because they don’t lie… {hehe get it?} Anywhoooo….
In order to hit that awesome and stable crow pose you must have hip strength as well as flexibility- this pose is a tricky kinda fella in that way!
Today we will work on opening up the hips as well as strengthening them. Hip work can come with a lot of emotions so make sure you are super dee duper ready to dive deep!
Once again- if you hit Crow – that’s wicked ?ββοΈ- if you didn’t & you figured out that hips are where you need to do more work- great ?ββοΈ! Go on and re-do this class as many times as you need to create the right balance in the hips so you can Fly!
So go on- Pull up a Yoga Mat & I’ll meet you there for day 2 π€ΈββοΈ
