Day 3- 5 Days to Fly πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ: Working the Core for a Stable Crow

Hey Sweaty Yogi Friends πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ

I hope you’re feelin’ fine like a good glass of wine ?- {yup I kept that in the video- cause wine not- it is Wednesday after all?!}

We are FINALLY on core day- strong core= strong crow. πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ

That is the part of the body most people gravitate towards whenever Crow is mentioned- “oh but my core”. Let’s work out some of those core muscles shall we?

We will start by finding our core values and then we can start to hold crow from our centre.

In addition we will also be using the courageous (squishy bigger ball) to help move some of that abdominal fascia around. This will help us become more aware so that we can engage the right muscles!

So go on- pull up a yoga mat & let’s sweat & yoga! ?
