πŸ“š This week in our #bodyconnect book club we are covering “injury” – how you think about it what your first instincts are when you get injured and so much more.

In this weeks talk we are diving into my story of how I was in sever anterior pelvic tilt and how it was a hop skip and a jump away from injury.

But luckily! Yo gurl {moi ✌️ } heard Kelly Starrett’s amazing quote
“We all have the innate capacity to heal ourselves” {and did a YTU teacher training but more on that later} – mind = blown πŸ’£
So I got to workin’ on fixing how I stand, lift, yogi and basically approaches life πŸ’ͺ.

I want to encourage you to do the same.

Take the time to sit down read the forward & intro from The Roll Model book by Jill Miller { } and then take a moment of stillness and silence as you answer the questions in the workbook that you got in your love letter e-mail box this AM.

Then as you listen to this talk take a moment to sit back and think about a time when your mind was blown by a learning something about your body- {and if you don’t have a moment yet- don’t you fret – we are here specificallllly for those ah -ha moments of knowing and loving our body mind and soul}

Then get on your mat and give the more engaged plank a try! I promise its harder than it looks because #abs #corestrength obvi! πŸ˜‰
