Welcome to Chapter 1 of #TakingBackMyMornings yo

I am actually beyond pumped for these mornings now cause ya know #TakingBackMyMornings is on fiaaaa!
The other day I read/youtube binge watched whatevs all about TIm Ferriss’ morning routine and I realized how much I had let mine slack cause of our circumstances this year in Geramny

So I made myself a pact that I will do 100 healthy / perfect mornings. {Let’s not kid ourselves I’m only on day 20 something and I’ve mucked up a bunch but girllll the days I get it done – it’s LIT} And Ima call it #takingbackmymornings – this is chapter 1!

Mine are not exactly like Tim Ferriss mornings cause Ima amp mine up {his is uber difficult – may as well make mine even more difficult #ibeatyou #imhealthierthanyou #ohboyyyyy }
