Yo so I often get asked why my classes tend to be a bit slower- cause ya’ll know I am all about that form girl!

In today’s class Ima let you feel exactly what I mean with this – most of the poses we start out just by throwing our body around – then we introduce the integrity and it def feels diff. A full hour of this can make just about anyone sweat yo!

Let’s get low low low to get you to that squat – I mean chair pose .
