Welcome to the Final day! 🤸‍♀️ By now you have zoned in on the area where you may need a bit of work!

Today is all about getting you into Crow and allowing you to play with some assistance. Everyone should be able to hit at least a little semi balance today in crow pose! I can’t wait to see how you do!

🤸‍♀️ Don’t forget that the play is the best part- once you become an expert you get bored- so enjoy your time here as you learn and get in tune!

Day 4 – 5 Days to Fly 🤸‍♀️: Tackle the Fear of Flying

Hey Sweaty Flyers 🤸‍♀️

How is Crow pose going?

Have you narrowed down what it is you need to send more attention to?

My biggest take away from Crow pose is to be in a continuous state of curiousity- play around- explore like a little child does. Really get to know what’s going on in your body- where do you hold your fear?

Let’s get into the hips & open the front of the body to expose what we fear so we can hit crow when we bust through our fear. 🤸‍♀️

Day 3- 5 Days to Fly 🤸‍♀️: Working the Core for a Stable Crow

Hey Sweaty Yogi Friends 🤸‍♀️

I hope you’re feelin’ fine like a good glass of wine ?- {yup I kept that in the video- cause wine not- it is Wednesday after all?!}

We are FINALLY on core day- strong core= strong crow. 🤸‍♀️

That is the part of the body most people gravitate towards whenever Crow is mentioned- “oh but my core”. Let’s work out some of those core muscles shall we?

We will start by finding our core values and then we can start to hold crow from our centre.

In addition we will also be using the courageous (squishy bigger ball) to help move some of that abdominal fascia around. This will help us become more aware so that we can engage the right muscles!

So go on- pull up a yoga mat & let’s sweat & yoga! ?

Day 2- 5 Days to Fly 🤸‍♀️: Working the Hips for Strength and Flexibility

Hey Sweaty Friends 🤸‍♀️

Welcome to day 2 of the #5daystofly series!

Today we are workin’ on the hips- because they don’t lie… {hehe get it?} Anywhoooo….

In order to hit that awesome and stable crow pose you must have hip strength as well as flexibility- this pose is a tricky kinda fella in that way!

Today we will work on opening up the hips as well as strengthening them. Hip work can come with a lot of emotions so make sure you are super dee duper ready to dive deep!

Once again- if you hit Crow – that’s wicked ?‍♂️- if you didn’t & you figured out that hips are where you need to do more work- great ?‍♂️! Go on and re-do this class as many times as you need to create the right balance in the hips so you can Fly!

Day 1- 5 Days to Fly 🤸‍♀️: Working the Wrists and Shoulders for Crow

Hey Sweaty Friends 🤸‍♀️

I can’t wait to help you bring out more Crow in your practice!

Today we are workin’ on getting those wrists ready to bare the load of our bodies in this balancing posture. We are also working on the shoulders and the placement they need to be in when we crow so that we can stay safe.

There was some thunder there helping us connect to the breath but unfortunately you can’t hear the ambiance it was setting. Our breath is so powerfully connected to our shoulders.

So go on pull up a mat and let’s flow!

Throughout this series we will be trying crow all 5 days to watch how it develops. How each different area that is crucial for Crow helps or hinders your Crowing.
