So much resistance – so obvi beating resistance takes front and centre girl!

As for the first week – well this vlog will tell it all! There was a lot going on girl! I’m not ganna lie – it was hard. Especially near the end I really felt myself creating some resistance to stay in my comfort zone but I battled.

When I calculated my own personal scores for the week I got 83% {I believe – don’t quote me on that my notes ain’t hurrr} which is def higher than I’ve ever been before { insert best Kiesza impression here – yup I had to google how to spell that lol}

Other than that I mean I’m bias but I’d say it was pretty dang motivational. Even just editing my vid – I felt like “Ima get pumped up yo” lol

I also included a full body workout for ya
It’s an AMRAP and it starts at 5:02 so if ya wanna skip to da moves 5:02 is where ya want to be at!
