✨ A How to On ✨ Understanding the Basics of a Winged Scapula

If you suspect you have a winged scapula do go see someone in person – this is just a general overview & an account of the things I learned in my yoga practice & teaching that has affected me **

Until I discovered what was happening in my Serratus Anterior & Rhomboids I was at a loss of why my shoulder clicked when certain movements happened. {handstands were like a shoulder symphony ??‍♀️}

Getting in touch with your body & understanding why/what/when/where & how – being a detective of your muscles, organs & tissues always puts you at an advantage.
