This year I wanted to vlogmas cause ya know #christmasspirit πŸ’πŸΌ
but letssssss be honest I spend most of my time working out or cooking lolz so I decided to make it a bit o an ole twist and call it vitmas {although I will probs still refer to it as vlogmas most of the time } .

VITMAS = Vlog Fit ChristmasΒ πŸŽ„

and today is numero uno! We kick it off with a lil at home arms workout
The workout starts at 5:03 and you’ll need some lighter dumbells {I’m using 2kg s} or I love using water bottle or just bodyweight when I am travelling

We are doing the 3x3x3 breakdown which is 3 exercises 3 times each and 3 sets

Workout breakdown:

Set 1
πŸ’ͺ 15 Reverse Flies
πŸ’ͺ 15 Lateral Raises
πŸ’ͺ 15 Lateral Raises w Reverse Flies

Set 2
πŸ’ͺ 15 Externally Rotated Tricept Extensions
πŸ’ͺ 30 Shoulder taps
πŸ’ͺ 15 Weighted Sun Salutation Arms

Set 3
πŸ’ͺ 15 Serratus Pushes on each side
πŸ’ͺ 30 sec pike hold
πŸ’ͺ 30 High bicep curls
