My biggest take away from Crow pose is to be in a continuous state of curiousity- play around- explore like a little child does. Really get to know what’s going on in your body- where do you hold your fear?

Let’s get into the hips & open the front of the body to expose what we fear so we can hit crow when we bust through our fear. πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ
