Today we are doing a Gym Arms Workout
Let’s get some Arms in girl βοΈ
For today’s AMRAP you will need:
β¨ dumbells of varying sizes {depends on your arm strength}
β¨ Seated Cable Machine
β¨ Barbell Plate
Remember AMRAP means As Many Reps As Possible so set a timer for 20 minutes – go through this circuit and then repeat as many times as possible until the 20 minutes is up
The moves are as follows:
β¨ 10 Rows to Bi Curls
β¨ 8 Plate Tri Ext
β¨ 6 1.5 Bi Curls
β¨ 8 Lateral Raises
β¨ 8 Seated Cable Rows
Alright girl pull up a mat and let’s start transitioning + moving + connecting to heal + radiate
