I felt like the first day of Spring was appropriate to check in on how you are doing with our ? Motivation Month. This is a perfect day to re-evaluate & re-commit in the areas you need to tweak. Remember it takes 66 days!

7 Ways to Make Your Home Asana Practice Stick ??‍♀️

✨ Do you have trouble making your home practice a regular thing?

Over years of trying I eventually figured out some of the key points that make me chase the feeling of my mat like a kid chasing an ice cream truck!

One of the biggest take aways is knowing that what I see on the mat will vary.
I was riding the expectation boat which was leading me into some mental blocks.

Some days we get on the mat & nail handstand after handstand & other days finding stillness in child’s pose is the most advanced practice. Both are advance practices in different ways ?
