Over-working the quads so that we can allow Dancer pose to come much easier in our practice.

In this class I talk about about fluffing up our buns so they are nice and functional when we come into the full expression of our dancer pose but really take a moment before the video to sus out

Where can you fluff up your life more – how can you get a little more bounce in your step day to day?- What lights you up- then go do more of that {but like …. after you do your yoga practice obiv}
