I had a really tough time when I first read the orange fascia demo in The Roll Model Method- and then again at my training.

It was really darn hard to picture and embody the muscle on that kind of level! It wasn’t until a good friend of mine broke it down w steak that I really got it.

It turns out that for me it was easier to picture from small to big not big to small like the explanations I kept getting!

SO here is my broken down- super easy – quick fascial breakdown of an orange {although let’s be honest here I fail miserably at peeling the orange lolz}
