In order for us to work and fix our gluten we must first know what they are! Heyo!

Dear Self – Let’s Do โœจ Something Scary โœจ Yoga Flow

Today we tackle our last Fear based flow- so what better way to finish off the month than to jump into something scary!

If you watched the other day – I have a 40 day plan for July plus to try and dig deep and find the fear. When is the last time you listened to that itch to go do something!

Don’t worry girl – I got you.

Throughout the flow we will incorporate the Abhaya Mudra – it’s the fearlessness mudras. Much like the Mudra courage and fearlessness takes many forms.

What is cripplingly scary to one person is breakfast to another- find something scary to play around with today! ๐Ÿ’ช

I hope you’re having a fab month of June so far!

This #mindyourbeingmonday I’m sharing with you what my Plan is for my month of July (plus 9 days) and what I am hoping to get out of it!

I’ve been to retreats and I have seen some awesome shifts in my life – however, I’ve always been disappointed that I have never had a HUGE shift in my mindset or spiritual life happen all at once. {I am fully aware that the best shifts happen a little at a time – & I have had some amazing little shifts and signs but nothing major and life changing all at once!}

I love journaling so I am going to continue that but supplement it with May Cause Miracles 40 days!

Sometimes fear is good – it warns us of the dangers but sometimes we end up heading the tiny dangers too much and we end up with “bad” fear. The bad fear leads us to avoid doing things that are sometimes good for us and just push us out of our comfort zone.

Don’t just face your fears- take time to dissect them instead. Ask the why, when & how?

Take a moment in this practice to think about a time when fear helped you know what’s right- & when has it hindered you? Stopped you from doing something you should do.
