Ima be Health Vlogging now … It’s a new thing for me so forgive me for my faux pas… Here is some of my food and my intro to the 🌍 of vlogging

However you got here girl! Welcome/ Welcome back!

SO….

This has been itching at me for forevaaaaa πŸ™‹

It’s been something thats just been speaking to me ever since I found Sarah’s Day YouTube {ps if you don’t follow her and want some positivity in yo life— go go go — nowwww }

Then last week as I was reading Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert it started itching even moreee- like I may just loose the opportunity if I don’t do it now {if you have read Big Magic you know what I mean #amirite βœ‹ } and I was so excited about it – I had already filmed the intro vlog but it was taking me an embarrassingly long time to edit it #notatechie yo girl is TERRIBLE w the computering πŸ™ˆ

SO here I am introducing my first vlog – forgive me for all the fails

#1 I had an intro in there that seemed to just disappear into thin air so……
#2 I had a smoothie recipe filmed- same thing….

I guess ya live and ya learn – and thata’s what I’m doin’ – bare w me as I figure it all out girl! I am sooooo excite about it {like picture 13 yo girl circa 2000 going to a spice girls concert } – I just feel so in line with this πŸ™Œ #yogiwoowoostyle

I want to share more of my workouts and more of my healthy hacks – plus I’m having fun making it all fun and blended w the muzak ya know πŸ’ so get ready for lots of fun, sarcastic movement, food and knowledge vidoes – I have #alltheideas of what I want to do.

This also helps me work on my confidence with filming in the gym and stuff so…..
